Gestion 1984 is a property management company born from the merger between Immo Scott and Gestion Hipec. We have been working in the field of real estate management since 1984. Our team has expertise in the management of several thousand housing units, commercial and industrial buildings as well. Our mandate is to offer all of our clients a turnkey management service, personalized according to their needs.
We administer the housing units under our responsibility with professionalism, integrity and transparency, ensuring the smooth running of each project and promoting the development of the real estate assets of our client and/or investors.
